Notice: Our policy of cancellations is 24 hours before the actual time/date of the reservation otherwise DL-Limousine Service shall beentitled to do ½ charge of the price and full charge if cancellation is received later than 12 hours before the time/date of the reservation!

Pick ups from Copenhagen airport: Our drivers will be waiting in terminal 3 at the exit of the Custom Service. Driver will wait with a name board. If no contact have been established later than 1 hour and driver or our booking department haven't been contacted on +45 22150120 then it will be conciderated as a NO SHOW with full charge

Pick ups from Port of Copenhagen: Our drivers will be waiting at the dock where ship will embarke acording to informations provided by customer or the travel agency. Driver will wait with a name board.If no contact have been established later than 45 min. and our booking department haven't been contacted on tel.:+45 22150120 - then it will be conciderated as a NO SHOW with full charge!

Pick ups from hotel: Driver will wait with a name board.If no contact have been established later than 30 min. and our booking department haven't been contacted on tel.:+45 22150120 - then it will be conciderated as a NO SHOW with full charge!

If the unlikely should happen that the guest cannot find the driver then please  contact us on +45 36462466 or +45 22150120 otherwise DL-Limousine shall be entitled to do the full charge of the transfer!

By payment with credit card there is an additional credit card commission fee!
